Eco Association conducted an activity for the students of Class 9, under the theme ‘Urgent Climate Change – Climate Change and Environmental Solutions’.The students participated in Waste-to-Innovation- Model Making competition.’ The activity aimed to encourage students to rethink waste as a valuable resource and explore innovative solutions to environmental challenges. Students showcased remarkable creativity by transforming discarded and recyclable materials into innovative and functional models. The exhibits included a recycled study lamp, bottle planters, a hanging garden, rainwater harvesting system demonstrating how waste materials can be repurposed into useful and sustainable solutions. Through their creations, students demonstrated how simple ideas can contribute to addressing complex environmental issues. The competition provided a platform for experiential learning, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and environmental awareness. It reinforced the importance of reducing waste, reusing resources, and adopting sustainable practices in everyday life. The activity was both educational and inspiring, motivating students to become responsible citizens committed to protecting the environment and building a sustainable future.
