Save Water

Class: 4 & Date: 29 June 2026

As part of the Eco Club initiative, Class 4 students enthusiastically participated in the activity‘Save Water’on Monday, 29 June 2026. The objective of the programme was to create awareness among Class 4 students about the importance of saving water and to encourage them to use water wisely in their daily lives.
The students took a Save Water Pledge, promising to use water responsibly, avoiding wastage, and inspiring others to protect this precious natural resource. After the pledge, the students performed an engaging skit depicting various real-life situations where water can be saved. The skit highlighted simple practices such as turning off taps while brushing teeth, fixing leaking taps, using buckets instead of hoses for washing vehicles and reusing water for watering plants. The performances were informative, creative and encouraged everyone to adopt water-saving habits.
The students showed great enthusiasm and commitment, making the activity both educational and enjoyable. Students understood the importance of water conservation. They learned practical ways to save water in their homes and schools. The activity encouraged teamwork, confidence and effective communication through the skit. Students developed a sense of responsibility towards protecting natural resources and pledged to practice water conservation in their daily lives.
