National Public School, Yeshwanthpur, hosted the TISB Workshop on ‘Behaviour Management’ on Saturday, 24 May 2025. Resource persons Ms Nirmala Shenoi and Ms Loyola Thomas from TISB Training Academy conducted an interactive session for teachers from various departments to explore effective classroom behaviour management techniques grounded in Bloom’s Taxonomy. Their hands-on approach enabled participants to engage deeply with concepts such as positive reinforcement and conflict resolution, offering practical strategies to foster a positive learning environment. The workshop emphasised practical techniques to enhance student engagement and maintain discipline, equipping teachers with tools to create a conducive atmosphere for learning. Overall, the workshop was insightful and well-received, contributing significantly to the professional development of the teaching staff.
