As part of our Bagless Day celebrations, the students of Class 7 participated in an inspiring and interactive session led by Dr Lakshmi Santhanam. The highlight of the event was a fascinating demonstration on solar panels, which offered students a unique opportunity to explore science beyond the confines of their textbooks.
Dr Santhanam explained the working principles of solar energy—how sunlight can be converted into electricity—and discussed its vital role in promoting a sustainable and eco-friendly future. Through this hands-on learning experience, students were encouraged to observe, question, and experiment, deepening their understanding of renewable energy.
The session not only broadened their scientific perspective but also sparked curiosity and creativity, motivating them to adopt environmentally responsible habits and think innovatively about solutions for a greener planet.
