We Play, We Grow!

Class: 1B Date: 29 & 30 January 2026

The students of Class 1B presented their assembly on the topic ‘We Play, We Grow’ on Wednesday, 29 January and Thursday, 30 January 2026. On Day 1, the assembly began with the thought for the day, followed by an introduction highlighting the importance of playing outdoors for keeping our body strong and our mind happy. Students also spoke about how excessive use of mobile phones is not good for health.
On Day 2, the students presented a skit on playing outdoors and growing healthy. The skit beautifully depicted how overuse of mobile phones can affect health and happiness. Spending time in nature and playing in the sunshine were shown as ways to bring joy, energy and overall well-being. The performance ended with a powerful message encouraging children to reduce screen time and enjoy outdoor activities.
The assembly concluded with a thoughtful vote of thanks and the audience was charmed by the student’s confident presentation and meaningful message.
